Marketing Materials Checklist When you are in charge of planning a marketing campaign, you may have a need in using guidelines that describe available options, ways and modes for the best campaign planning.   1. Plan.
    • Goals. The first step to developing a template for planning events refers to goal setting. You need to identify what you expect to achieve after your marketing campaign is finished. For example, your goals may be:
      • Attract new customers.
      • Increase distribution.
      • Enter new markets.

Sometimes catalogs include some story that highlights important aspects (company history, benefits, annual reports, charity intentions) of a business. You can design catalogs to focus your customers on your business and share your products through photographs, illustrations, descriptions and prices.
    • Flyers. Today flyers are used as a convenient way to share an idea or inform the community about some important event or incident. You can design flyers to increase your company’s recognition and improve distribution. Using flyers is one of the best tips. Flyers help better organize some public event (like exhibitions, informal parties, formal receptions, etc.).
    • Slip Sheets. These examples are small flyers typically designed as mailing inserts. They also serve as a method of transit advertising. You can consider designing slip sheets if you use mailing as an advertising mode.
    • Corporate Stationery. This item of your list is highly important for maintaining corporate identity of your organization. Corporate stationery items (like mailing envelopes, invitation pads, business cards, letter heads etc.) help consistently promote your business’s image and recognition. Remember that corporate stationery sets should have a creative design and be made out of quality paper and accurate prints. They should have a professional view that accommodates and appeal to your business.
    • Company Clothing. Wearing clothing with your company’s name, brand and logo is a great way to attract new customers. You can consider designing company clothing with attractive designs, advertizing messages and high-quality prints and material.
