  1. Deployment Planning.

    • Check if contracts with media partners and advertisers have been signed.
    • Check availability of promotional materials.
    • Make sure that sales and distribution agents are contracted and instructed.
    • Contact the marketing dept. head to check whether product press release is prepared and scheduled.
  4. Support and Service.
    • Contact the customer service dept. to find out whether necessary product support procedures and resources are developed and ready for implementation by support personnel.
