  • Clearly establish task responsibilities per employee
  • Define and prioritize task responsibilities
  • Learn lessons from previous task performance evaluations and identify previous issues
  • Clearly determine standards of performance in measurable terms
  • Discuss previous task performance breaches with the employees
  • Eliminate or at least mitigate any hassles against the employees' control related to task performance (e.g. poor motivation, lack of time, bad training, etc.)

  • Carefully analyze task performance in accordance with the plan

  • Involve and maintain positive changes as they occur
  • Recognize and document positive performance improvements
  • Hold urgent meeting in case of decreased task performance
  • Repeat three first phases in case of unpredictable or unresolved issues
  • Document the course of the urgent meeting
  • Add correctives and amendments to the plan according to the urgent meeting decisions
  • Use various KPIs to measure total and individual task performance
