"...This is an excellent program. I'm so glad that I stumbled on to this when researching for task management programs. Very low learning curv, quite flexible, and the price is right. Tried at least 20 other programs, either too complicated, too expensive, or poor documentation..."

  1. Advisory Documents.
    • Here is a list of necessary documents to follow the process. This list is advisory and shows only conventional documents for obtaining visa. Please contact your migration agent or Embassy to get the relevant and complete list of necessary documents.
    • Evidence of payment for the application charge (please contact your Embassy or get assistance of your migration agent to learn the exact amount of payment for the visa application charge).
    • Most likely, you will need to answer a long enough list of questions and fill in a visa questionnaire. After you have answered all necessary questions, the questionnaire is to be signed. The questionnaire form is usually available for downloading from your Embassy’s website.
    • Several passport-sized photographs are usually required. Make sure your photos are less than one year old.
    • Your passport should be signed and valid for your expected period of stay in the country. Passport is one of the primary documents of procedure.
    • If you are going to visit a relative or friend (the inviter) in the country of visit, it may be necessary for this person to provide evidence of citizenship (or permanent residence) and a formal invitation letter stating that he/she is prepared to guarantee your accommodation and financial assistance. Please note that evidence of your inviter’s income may be also required.
    • It is required to provide evidence of employment status and income. Usually a formal letter from your employer is used to confirm your duration of employment, position and salary. In the letter the employer should indicate he/she is ready to guarantee that you will have the same job place on your return.
    • Often it is required to prove evidence of your assets (ownership documents for property).
    • If you are going to travel with your kids, make sure you have got a certificate from school or university. This certificate proves that your kids are approved to take leave from their studies. If your kids are under 18 years of age, it is required to provide Birth Certificates.
    • If you are of advanced age, most likely you will need to undergo a medical examination to determine your fitness to travel. In your Embassy you can get consultation on how and where this examination can be done. Also, to obtain health insurance, your Embassy may require you to provide evidence of heath care cover for the entire period of your stay in the country.
  2. Pieces of Advice for Tourists
    • Think twice before making a trip because travelling to a country may impact your health or/and safety. The decision to travel is your sole responsibility only.
    • Make sure you use services of an accredited travelling agency.
    • Do not acquire air tickets before your visa has been granted. Otherwise, in case of visa cancellation or changes in visa duration, you will bear financial losses.
    • Pack your bags in advance (at least 1-2 days before your departure). Do not take unnecessary things that may make your bags heavier.
    • Make sure you take enough cash with you. Also pay attention to your credit cards and whether these cards are applicable in the country of visit.
    • Keep your visa documents always with you. Do not give a chance to thieves.
    • Remember about visa expiration and do not overstay in the country of visit. In case you face the problem of overstay, you need to go to your Embassy immediately and try to solve it as soon as possible. In the Embassy you can discuss ways for getting extension.
